Villa Felicità is the ideal place to breathe deeply the purity of the Florentine countryside, where joy is found in every detail and the heart is filled with light and serenity.
This barn is one of the last structures on the property to be restored.
The conservative restoration allowed us to preserve the rustic charm of the house intact.
Renovated with dedication and respect for nature, following the Biointegrale®️ principles of eco-sustainability and energy autonomy, the Villa perfectly combines the rustic and the essential, the beautiful and the conscious.
The photovoltaic panels and buried electrical cables are silent testimonies of a care that goes beyond the visible.
